SHIPPING
- GREECE : We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece
- EUROPE : A flat rate of 20 Euro
- OUTSIDE OF EUROPE AND UK : A flat rate of 30 Euro
- All orders within Greece are shipped with Cash Courier Services, estimated timeframe 1-3 business days
- All orders outside of Greece are shipped with DHL, estimated timeframe 5-10 business days
- All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays
- Please note that any customs, import duties or taxes that may apply once parcel arrives in its final destination, must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and are unable to give you an estimate as these rates differ from country to country. For more information please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Should you refuse to accept the parcel, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs or any taxes or duties incurred.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or refund within 14 days of the order’s original purchase date. It is imperative to enclose your original receipt of purchase in your return.
- Should you wish to return a product, you will be burdened with the shipping cost
- Items must be in their original condition, not worn, altered or damaged in any way
- Once product is inspected and approved we then proceed with the refund or exchange of product (based on stock availability)
